Job Title: Data Entry Role - Licensed Health Insurance Agent (215/240 License)

Location: Sunrise, FL

Type: Full-Time, Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday

This is NOT a sales position.

***PLEASE NOTE: An active Florida 215 or 240 license is a requirement for this role! ***

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate & Empower: Inform clients about health insurance options, including Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and life insurance.



• Assessment Excellence: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique needs and preferences.



• Tailored Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations and guide clients in selecting suitable insurance plans.



• Communication Mastery: Handle inbound calls, warm transfers, and engage in outbound prospecting.



• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various insurance carriers to secure policies for clients.



• Continuous Learning: Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends through ongoing training and certifications.



• Compliance Commitment: Ensure adherence to all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• ***Florida 215 or Florida 240 license required.***



• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.



• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.



• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.



• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with various software applications.

Supplemental Pay:
