A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Specialist:
  • Manage inbound leads (no cold calling), qualify, and conduct due diligence on potential partners who want to onboard
  • Identify clients with a strong fit and pursue via research and creative outreach
  • Onboard and train new partners with our system and workflow
  • Review new partner applications, follow-up to ensure that all new partners are on-boarded efficiently and conduct our screening process
  • Follow up with on-going deals and assist in closing deals with partners
  • Manage daily submissions to drive revenue by establishing, managing, and maintaining a relationship with business partners
  • Relentlessly improve your knowledge of the industry and Fora's funding process
  • Covers for Account Executives when out of the office
What You Have:
  • Experience involving sales or business development
  • Demonstrate a solid sense of priority with a partner first mentality
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn and grow with a track record of success; drive for achievement
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task without supervision
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Comfortable in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge in Salesforce/HubSpot/other lead gen tools is a plus
