Are you an experienced credentialing professional looking for a fully remote opportunity? We are seeking Credentialing Specialists to join our team, ensuring healthcare providers meet compliance and regulatory requirements. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing processes, provider data management, and quality assurance to support the success of a growing healthcare network.

salary: $22 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Collect, review, and process initial and re-credentialing applications from healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with NCQA standards, accrediting agencies, and regulatory requirements .
• Maintain accurate provider data in tracking systems, ensuring timely updates.
• Support credentialing audits and quality assurance initiatives.
• Facilitate communication with providers, representatives, and leadership on credentialing status.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, insurance, or provider network operations.
• Knowledge of NCQA guidelines and health plan credentialing processes .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
