Overview
Client is seeking a Lead Designer with 3-7 years of experience to take ownership of design discipline-specific work on projects, creating enduring brand love through expertise and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes, plans, and produces creative ideas/concepts, graphic, and illustrative material aligned with strategic briefs.
• Manages all aspects of assigned projects, including team coordination, contractor oversight, creative work, and presentations.
• Balances creative excellence with brand standards and business needs, refining design iterations.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure project success.
• Provides insight and feedback to leadership on project status and work quality.
• Effectively communicates design rationale during presentations and critiques.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills, managing multiple teams and projects while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality.

Requirements

• BFA/BS or equivalent experience in design.
• 3-7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in design tools, including traditional hand skills.
• Strategic and aesthetic design thinking.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
