???? Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in property tax appeal proceedings at county and state levels
Analyze assessments and develop legal strategies for appeal
Draft and file petitions, complaints, and legal briefs
Advocate for clients in hearings and administrative forums
Collaborate with appraisers and consultants to support case strategy
✅ Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Active Illinois law license
3+ years of experience in property tax appeals or related legal practice
Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills

Hourly Rate: $50–$85/hour (based on experience)
