Construction Project Manager – Pharma, Medical Labs, Bioengineering, Semiconductor, Battery (Clean, Dry, Cold rooms)

The Construction Project Manager is an in-office position responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards and strong client relationships.

What we are looking for:

• Build buildings, Run schedule
• Industrial, piping, HVAC, MEP experience, are all helpful experience.
• Lead all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and consultants
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Review and approve project documents including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and resolve issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Track project costs and manage financial reporting, including billing and forecasting
• Maintain organized documentation and project records
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all team members

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing pharma, hospital, medical labs, bioengineering, battery (i.e. dry, cold, clean rooms/facilities)
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on multi-phase projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera)

Work Environment:

• Primarily in office with occasional project visits - 20% travel
• May require extended hours, travel, or weekend work depending on project demands
• Must be able to navigate active construction sites and use PPE as required
• Can work well with sub contractors, engineering, owners, clients alike

Bonus points here:

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• PMP or CCM certification a plus
