Schedule Details:
\n Our Activations department works Monday–Friday. Sundays Off. Saturdays and Holidays are based on business needs. Sundays Off.
\n We have 3 shifts available to choose from. AM - (9 am - 5 pm) MID - (11am - 7pm), and PM - (1:30pm - 9:30pm)
\n Paid training is provided for 4 weeks. Training hours: 8:30 am on day one, then 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

\n Key Responsibilities:
\n • Give the best guest experience that falls in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
\n • Call package holders to book travel dates, verify details, answer questions and follow up as needed.
\n • Sell package upgrades that aligned with guest interest and influence guest to book certain properties/location/months according to business needs
\n • Meet performance standards for department metrics
\n • Sales skills required for the reselling/upselling and saving of packages
\n • Collecting of additional monies and fees associated with package 
\n • Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with Hilton Grand Vacation customers, coworkers, and managers.
\n • Efficient in using multiple computer systems.
\n • Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guests and company Keeping accurate log of reservations on a spreadsheet

Qualifications:

\n Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth. At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members! To fulfill this role successfully, you will have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\n • High School Graduate/GED
\n • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required and is familiar with working in performance-based sales situations.
\n • 2 years or more of strong customer service experience.
\n • Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and the capacity to operate several computers systems simultaneously.
\n • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace 
\n • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred but not required.
\n • Prior experience in a phone Inbound or Outbound Call Center Environment preferred, but not required
