Key Responsibilities

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, and verbal/written instructions.
• Machine and install or re-cut chuck jaws as required.
• Insert and secure tooling in machine turrets and perform machine setups.
• Download and upload programs into machines, making minor programming adjustments as needed.
• Operate various computerized numerical controls to manufacture finished products within tight tolerances.
• Inspect your own work for accuracy and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• May operate multiple machines and rotate through departments.
• Enter data into the ERP system.
• Load and unload component parts weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Note: Federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to candidates who are a ‘U.S. Person’.

• Previous experience operating CNC lathe, CNC mill machines, or resistance spot welders (any combination of two machines).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Reliability is key; we value good attendance.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience with knowledge of machining principles and methods.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints in English.
• External candidates will need to pass a Machinist test to assess mechanical aptitude.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and skills, ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour .
