Key Responsibilities:

Simulate and model RFIC systems at a high level, collaborating closely with system architects.
Develop and define specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits.
Design RF/microwave circuits using advanced SiGe, CMOS, and SOI processes.
Perform IC floor planning, layout, and design for optimized performance.
Model packaging and analyze external parasitic components.
Evaluate and characterize prototypes, ensuring they meet the required performance standards.
Assist in the development of automated test lab equipment for measuring lab performance.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers for testing and qualification of RFIC components and systems.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in power amplifier IC design.
Proficiency with tools such as Cadence (Virtuoso), Agilent ADS, Mentor tools, and HFSS.
Strong knowledge of IC design, simulation, layout, and system-level design.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Passion for RF/microwave integrated circuits and innovation.
Enthusiastic about learning and advancing technical skills.
Requirements:

PhD/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in RF/microwave integrated circuits design.
Experience using simulation tools like Keysight PathWave Designs Suite (ADS, SystemVue, GoldenGate, Momentum), Spectre, HFSS.
Strong circuit design skills and experience analyzing linear and non-linear circuits for power amplifiers and other RF circuit blocks.
Familiarity with digital communication systems, spread spectrum, and modulation techniques (e.g., QPSK, APSK, QAM).
Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and the design of circuits for GSM, Ku-band, K-band, and Ka-band frequency ranges.
Familiarity with radio-related test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, network analyzers).
Experience in characterizing radio performance at microwave frequencies.
