Position Overview
Immediate opening due to sustained growth!

We are Actively Hiring an enthusiastic Civil Engineer with 0-5+ years of experience to join our team. 

You will receive career guidance from Registered Professional Engineers and gain critical industry experience, designing, developing, and overseeing various residential design projects involving: drainage, erosion control, grading, water quality, storm drain, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify engineering plans and layouts.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare project proposals, reports, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Evaluate soil mechanics and hydraulics for effective drainage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
• Familiarity with soil mechanics, hydraulics, and water quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Desire to obtain your EIT, and P.E. license - we'll help you get there!
