About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to play a pivotal role in leading the organization's people strategy, with a focus on culture, transformation, and the integration of new service lines. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors, overseeing all HR operations and ensuring that the company's values are embedded in all aspects of the employee experience. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, DEI initiatives, and performance management. The role also involves designing and implementing learning and development programs, succession planning, and leveraging HR technologies and data analytics to inform decision-making. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and HR certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a senior executive role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading people strategies in multi-site, complex, or fast-scaling organizations, and experience in building and scaling HR systems and processes. Financial acumen, strong strategic partnership skills, and a background in employee engagement, DEI, talent acquisition, and change management are essential. Experience in private equity-backed or transformation-driven environments is a plus.
