Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our client's executive team. This role serves as a critical strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and other senior leaders. The Chief of Staff will act as a key liaison across the executive team, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, organizational goals, and day-to-day operations.

This role requires a confident, solutions-driven professional with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and administrative expertise. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage scheduling and book travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Act as a trusted representative, replying on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leaders.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the CEO, COO, and Ops Leader to align on and drive strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and streamline communication among senior leadership.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Project Management:

  • Monitor progress on organizational priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve challenges proactively, acting as a problem-solver for key issues.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Foster a high level of trust and maintain the utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior administrative roles, Chief of Staff positions, or similar leadership roles involving strategy, finance, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of executive operations; experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with senior executives and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities with efficiency and poise.
  • Confident, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
