Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment & Execution:  Own the alignment of company strategies across all Emagineer brands (WellBefore, MySeema, Plugged, D2CBuilders). Push key initiatives forward quickly and efficiently.

  • Technical Operations & AI Automation:  Leverage your dev or technical background to automate processes using AI across inventory, logistics, customer interactions, onboarding, and reporting. You don't just suggest automation—you execute it.

  • Project Management & Follow-Up:  Aggressively track and manage high-priority projects across teams and brands. Ensure initiatives don't lose momentum.

  • Business Intelligence & Analytics:  Analyze data proactively, spot opportunities early, and provide actionable insights directly to me. You know how to interpret numbers strategically and use them to make sharp, impactful decisions.

  • Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness:  Rapidly diagnose issues, creatively solve them, and document solutions clearly so they're solved once, not repeatedly.

Concrete Examples of What You’ll Do:

  • Expanding WellBefore's Product Line:  If we need to expand our product offerings, you independently conduct thorough research and analysis, identify market opportunities, find and vet the right manufacturers, negotiate terms, and oversee the entire process end-to-end.

  • Growing MySeema's Physician Network:  When we want to onboard more physicians, you develop and execute a robust sales strategy, engage prospects effectively, and drive results independently.

  • AI-driven Customer Service Improvements:  If customer service processes need an upgrade, you proactively lead the analysis, recommend and implement AI-powered tools, manage the transition, and ensure measurable improvements.

Your Background:

  • Technical Chops:  Some experience in coding, scripting, or automation (e.g., Python, SQL, AI/ML tools, low-code/no-code platforms).

  • Business Acumen:  Proven experience in operational, strategic, or analytical roles (consulting, startup operations, business analytics, strategic management).

  • Experience Level:  5–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Personality:  Fast, adaptive, resourceful. You think entrepreneurially, anticipate issues before they happen, and execute aggressively.

What Success Looks Like:

In 3 months, my daily operational involvement reduces by 50%. Within 6 months, you're independently driving strategic projects and operational automation across Emagineer, allowing me to focus purely on growth, strategy, and innovation.
