About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to provide strategic leadership in the management of institutional research functions. The CDO will be responsible for a range of essential functions, including strategic planning, data governance, compliance reporting, and the development of research initiatives. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure that decision-making and policy development are informed by accurate and reliable data. The CDO will also oversee the development and implementation of assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the company's programs and services, and will be a key figure in fostering a culture of inquiry and evidence-based practice to enhance student success and institutional excellence. Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have a Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline and a minimum of 4 years' experience in senior or executive leadership.
