We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated, technically trained chemical process engineer or chemist to advance their career. The successful candidate will be hands-on and will thrive working with a wide range of applications. They will collaborate directly with our technical leaders to connect the theory of thermal processing to commercial implementation.

The successful candidate will perform setup, troubleshooting and operation of automated thermal processing equipment to support sales, service and application development. They will perform application support including fluid flow and related process calculations and will plan and implement laboratory scale experiments. This position will report to the Technical Operations Manager and comes with an excellent salary, bonus plan, and PDS' outstanding employee benefits programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry or related technologist degree
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Outgoing, highly motivated, and self-starting
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Laboratory or production processing experience a plus
• Commitment to the highest standards of quality and integrity
