Our client in Grantsburg is seeking Production Workers for various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a reliable work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cheese Production Workers - 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $21/hr

What's the Job?

• Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitoring automated cheesemaking machines throughout the shift.
• Filling in across production and packaging departments as needed.
• Maintaining flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.
• Lifting up to 70lbs as required for packaging tasks.

What's Needed?

• Prior industrial experience preferred. Food production a plus.
• Ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different production processes.
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling availability.
