As we continue to grow we are looking for experienced and dedicated CDL Drivers to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled CDL Drivers with experience in operating dump trucks and rolloff trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites ensuring safe and timely deliveries and maintaining their vehicles in top condition. This role is crucial to our operations and requires a high level of responsibility and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and equipment at various job sites.
  
• Operate dump trucks and rolloff trucks to transport materials such as dirt debris and construction waste.
  
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
  
• Secure loads to prevent shifting or spillage during transport.
  
• Communicate effectively with the field supervisor and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
  
• Maintain accurate records of materials transported delivery times and mileage.
  
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations including DOT requirements.
  
• Always maintain proper attire including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) safety vests and glasses when appropriate long pants hard sole/closetoed work boots and presenting a clean and professional appearance.
  
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and site personnel.
  
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.

• Valid DOT Medical card

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating dump trucks and rolloff trucks preferred.

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and local transportation laws.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Must be able to climb in and out of trucks multiple times per day.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.

• Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat cold and rain.

• Good handeye coordination and physical dexterity.

Upon offer employees will be required to subject and pass a preemployment drug screen background and MVR check.
