CDL A OTR DRIVER WANTED - 3+ WEEKS OUT Family-Owned Reefer Carrier | Solo Drivers Needed ASAP | SAP Friendly AVG DRIVER: $1,400–$1,600/week
TOP DRIVERS: $1,600+/week
2020+ Trucks • Paid Extras • Fast Hiring REQUIREMENTS

• 2 Years OTR experience in the last 3 years
  
• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
  
• Tanker endorsement – must be obtained within 45 days
  
• Hazmat endorsement – must be obtained within 90 days
  
• Ability to safely operate trucks and reefers, conduct inspections, and handle paperwork
  
• Knowledge of load securement ability to manage refrigerated freight
  

Safety Performance Bonus $500 Month
Drivers are eligible for the bonus based on Safety and Performance Scores
Scores Are Based on : Safety Events / Training / Performance

• Average $1,400–$1,800/week (1099)

• All miles paid (ZIP-to-ZIP, loaded empty)

• $2,500 escrow ($250/week for 10 weeks)

• Flexible Home Time:

  • 4 weeks out = 5 days home

  • 5 weeks out = 6 days home

  • 6 weeks out = 7 days home

  • 7 weeks out = 8 days home
