Role Overview: As a Business Coach at Try Turing, you will work directly with entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders to guide them through strategic decision-making, leadership development, and business growth. You will help clients identify opportunities for improvement, create actionable plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. This is a highly dynamic and rewarding role where you will be making a direct impact on businesses across a variety of industries. You can leverage your expertise to inspire others and help them realize their goals. Key Responsibilities: One-on-One Coaching: Provide tailored coaching sessions to clients, helping them identify business challenges, set clear goals, and develop strategies to achieve their objectives. Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist clients in developing business plans, growth strategies, and operational improvements to drive efficiency and profitability. Accountability & Support: Regularly check in with clients to ensure progress toward their goals, troubleshoot challenges, and provide encouragement. Workshops & Group Coaching: Facilitate group coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars on business growth, leadership, and strategic thinking. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs, celebrate wins, and address obstacles. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business coaching, consulting, or executive leadership roles. Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable results. Education/Certifications: Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Relevant career experience in lieu of a degree. Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of business operations, leadership, and growth strategies. Ability to create actionable, results-driven plans.
