JOB TITLE: Broker Trainee/Research Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO: Head of Operations and People / Managing Partner

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time; Hourly

As a Broker Trainee/Research Analyst, you'll spearhead collecting, analyzing, and disseminating critical commercial real estate market insights while adeptly managing our Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salesforce CRM:

· Manage, execute, and track development of system

· Lead team training and create tutorials

· Develop informative reports and dashboards

· Liaise with Salesforce support team

· Enter data

Commercial Real Estate Research:

· Prepare quarterly market reports (office and industrial)

· Track and manage list of Austin’s commercial construction project pipeline

· Capture, analyze, and distribute market information

· Manage and develop transaction comparable database

· Support brokers’ research as needed

Operations and Marketing Support:

· Collect relevant news articles for marketing blast content

· Create broker tour packets as needed

· Assist with other projects as needed

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education & Experience:

· Undergraduate degree required

· Strong interest in commercial real estate

· No direct experience necessary

Software:

· Proficiency in Salesforce

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Prior use of CoStar a plus, not required

· Prior use of Podio a plus, not required
