Daily Responsibilities: Perform invoicing, posting deposits and payments Conduct reconciliations for various accounts Maintain the general ledger Handle accounts payable/receivable processes Required Skills: Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and using Quickbooks Proficiency in recording and bookkeeping tasks Strong file management skills and attention to detail Excellent administrative skills and understanding of finance principles Nice to Have Skills: Office Administration skills Desire to work and take on more responsibility Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $50,000.00 Maximum Salary: $60,000.00 Health Insurance benefits provided Company Information: Blanche Field specializes in distinctive lighting products, offering a wide range of custom lampshades, pendant fixtures, and unique lighting solutions since 1905.
