Business Immigration Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are looking for a junior to mid-career attorney (i.e., recent grad through 4 years of experience) to join our team as a Business Immigration Associate. If you have some relevant experience or are talented and highly motivated to learn, we will teach you the ins and outs of business immigration and immigration-related federal litigation practice. We would love to have you in our Miami office but are open to remote and hybrid arrangements.

Compensation and benefits:

$85,000 - $105,000 yearly

• Prepare business immigration cases, including O-1, L-1, H-1B H-2B, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, E-2, and PERM, among others
• Work on interesting and challenging matters off the bat and gradually assume ownership of a varied caseload of business immigration matters
• Perform legal research and writing and draft litigation filings in immigration-related federal court actions
• Work collaboratively with our lawyers, paralegals, and clients in a non-hierarchical structure where what matters most are good ideas, not job titles

We are looking for an associate who:

• Has a U.S. law degree
• Is licensed or eligible for bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Is genuinely excited about what we do
• Is eager to learn, grow, and master business immigration
• Can own their work, including great attention to detail and self-organization
• Demonstrates outstanding writing skills
• Preferably has 1-4 years of experience in U.S. immigration law (ideally business immigration)
• Ideally is fluent in Spanish

We are a Miami-based business immigration law firm with an excellent reputation and track record.
