Automotive B-Level Technician

40-Hour Workweek (Includes Saturdays)
Earning Potential: $75K – $90K
Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and motivated B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX . This position offers a strong earning potential with a hybrid flat-rate pay structure and a consistent 40-hour workweek, including Saturdays (with one weekday off: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years as an automotive technician
Technical Skills:
Brakes, steering & suspension
Timing chains
Oil changes & general maintenance
Some diagnostic ability or willingness to ask for help (AllData used)
DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspection) experience is a plus
Work Ethic:
Efficient with a strong drive to produce
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Good communication and computer skills
Background:
Dealership or independent shop experience (must be comfortable working on all makes and models)
ASE Certifications are a plus
Valid and clean driver's license
Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used)
Compensation
Pay Structure: Hybrid flat-rate ($30–$35 per hour flat rate)
Earning Potential: $75,000 to $90,000 annually
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Tool Relocation: Yes – we will pay to move your tools to the shop
