We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, particularly with Audi and VW vehicles. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional attention to detail, and clean workmanship, while ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance. As an Automotive Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise in automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and various diagnostic tools.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
• Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
• Repair and replace automotive electrical systems as needed.
• Align wheels and perform suspension work to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Utilize auto estimating software to provide accurate repair quotes to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively the needed repairs, and performing jobs accurately, and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and powertrain components.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
