Dynamic Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Senior Level)

• El Paso, Texas

Salary:

• Competitive within the market. 10% of each contract attained, annually

Job Type:

• Full-time

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in immigration law, specializing in family law immigration and removal defense
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team-oriented work environment
• Must have strong ties to the El Paso community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with paralegals on every case, providing clear instructions and evaluating their work
• Conduct first-time consultations with clients to assess the feasibility of their cases
• Prospect to bring new clients into the fold for the firm. 10% of each contract attained, annually
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the legal process
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including court appearances and administrative hearings
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives related to immigration law
• Must be a proven Leader with ability to evaluate and sell potential business.
• No billable hours with a 100 case load or better.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies

• Experience specializing in any of these fields of Immigration Law.
