Job Summary:

Our dear dr. is retiring and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dental practice and hold on the reins and take forward the legacy left by our Doctor. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, including examinations, treatments, and patient education, while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning .
• Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments , including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and dentures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all dental regulations and protocols.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
• Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed in all dental procedures.
• Address patient concerns and create a comfortable and reassuring environment .

Qualifications & Skills:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license to practice.
• Additional certifications, such as Invisalign, sedation, or implantology, are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in general dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $115.00 per hour
