Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated, professional, confidential and organized administrative support
  • Maintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
  • Monitor and proactively coordinate response to email and phone calls
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
  • Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
  • Support internal teams, as needed
  • Coordinate office events, decoration and celebrations
  • Order products to support internal teams
  • Analyze and pay invoices using PepsiCo payment systems MyBuy, S4 Hana and SAP
  • Support various teams in tracking and analyzing attendance to hold frontline employees accountable to attendance policy
Compensation & Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in IT applications.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Passion for helping others and organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic macros, common formulas).
