We are hiring a Medical Assistant / Office Assistant willing to travel to multiple doctors' offices in the area! Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to support our clinical team. The ideal candidate will perform essential duties, including: Reviewing charts and verifying patient information Gathering any documentation required by the doctor to evaluate the patient chart Performing clerical duties (typing, filing, emailing) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months experience in a medical office preferred or 2 years of office clerical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. This position is in Rancho Cordova, but you may have to travel to different office locations a few times a week. If that happens, you will be reimbursed for travel hours and mileage.
