ICX Group is seeking an Art Director for a reputable full-service advertising agency in Jacksonville, FL, offering the opportunity to lead innovative creative projects and make a significant impact in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
- Assist in the development of creative strategies and campaign ideas for national broadcast television clients.
- Work with the creative team in the execution of campaigns across various platforms, including TV, digital, social, and experiential.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Be part of the pitch and presentation of creative concepts and campaigns to clients with confidence and enthusiasm.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with account management, media planning, and production teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive results.
- Receive and execute on the guidance and direction from Creative Director and Senior designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to bring campaigns to life.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate it into creative revisions and improvements.
- Present creative work and campaign results to clients in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
Team Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive and provide feedback and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field. (required)
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role at an advertising agency (required)
- 2+ years of experience working on broadcast television campaigns. (required)
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing originality, strategic thinking, and innovative ideas. Including TV spots and/or story boards as part of portfolio. (required)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful 360 campaigns for national consumer-facing brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and production tools.
- Passion for advertising, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.
