We provide a complete spectrum of mechanical and electrical engineering services in regard to residential, commercial, governmental, institutional, educational and industrial clients. Services we offer include feasibility studies, pre-planning, design, computer aided drafting, negotiations, and contract and construction administration. The duties include: Creating lighting, electrical, and technology construction documents for electrical systems for a variety of market sectors as it relates to architectural buildings. Project management to coordinate with staff, project schedules, and coordination with architects, contractors and owners to ensure project objectives are met. Assisting with construction administration duties relating to electrical systems through substantial completion such as preparing addenda items, answering contractor RFIs, evaluating cost charges and pay applications, field observations, and final walkthroughs. Work with architectural project teams in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
