Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Starter / Line Manager / Dispatcher to coordinate our airport operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth flow of passengers to vehicles, maintaining communication with drivers, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and direct them to available ALD Limo vehicles
• Manage vehicle flow at the airport pickup line
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch vehicles efficiently
• Maintain accurate logs and monitor availability
• Provide top-tier customer service to travelers
• Communicate with airport staff as needed
• Resolve on-site issues calmly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using mobile apps and dispatch systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
