Job Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuously work to improve team performance
