Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide support to the organization

• Coordinate details and logistics for meeting and events. Ensure that facilities meet the specifications and obtains necessary supplies, equipment, catering as requested by the client.

• Estimate labor hours and ODCs to contribute to overall project budget.

• Monitors spending and own labor hours to ensure costs stay within the budget.

• Attends conferences to resolve onsite problems in person.

• Receives some guidance from senior staff and/or client. Is able to perform most work with little assistance.

• Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.

• Three (3) years of professional experience coordinating and providing support services to organizations

• At least three years of experience coordinating all details and logistics for small, medium, or large government and commercial conferences, meetings, events, and seminars. Ensures that facilities meet the specifications and obtains necessary

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Experience managing services and personnel that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal.

• Experience implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service.

• Experience may include coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Prior DARPA (or DoD) experience
