We partner with our clients to design, implement, evaluate and communicate innovative and cost-effective benefit programs customized to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized and enjoys technology and variety. The Administrative Assistant provides support to two areas: IT and leadership (50% each, which may vary depending on needs and projects at a given time). This position is located in our downtown Seattle office and will have the opportunity for some remote work.
Typical duties will include:
Requires an understanding of basic IT in an office environment: laptops, placing technical orders, setup, software, setup of new hire profiles. Must have very strong administrative skills: typing, electronic document management, email and calendar, and highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Understanding of and interest in cloud-based systems, user profiles, etc. Quick and accurate typing. Experience with project management software and basic understanding of cloud-based relational databases is strongly preferred.

Total Comp and Benefits:In addition to competitive base pay, this position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
