Overview of the Actuarial Analyst
Wayspring is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to support our growing actuarial reporting function. Unlike traditional health plan roles, this position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of actuarial functions, including trend analysis, pricing, reserving, network analytics, and risk adjustment. It’s an exciting chance to build a broader skill set and directly impact our health plan members. As part of our innovative startup, you’ll engage with senior leadership, influence the organization’s direction, and take ownership of key initiatives. While we’re a smaller team, you'll have the support of peer reviews and guidance from our established exam program to help foster your professional growth.
