Now Hiring: Full-Time Director of Activities

Responsibilities:

• Develop an activity program that is both sufficiently diverse and sensitive to our resident’s needs.
• Determine individual resident interests and expectations regarding preferred programing.
• Conduct assessments to ascertain physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities of each resident.
• Supervise and participate in events alongside department.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred
• ADC (Activities Director Certification) Preferred
• Activities Experience Required
• MOD Rotation Required

License:

• Activity Director Certification (ADC)
