The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team.

What You Will Do

• Program control financial support including monthly variance analysis, program metrics, program reviews
• Preparation/Presentation of EACs (Estimate at Complete)
• Interaction with program team, project leads, billing and functions throughout LADS
• Creation of financial deliverables including LREs (Latest Revised Estimate), BCRs (Baseline Change Request)
• Maintenance of IOTs (Inter-Organizational Transfers)
• Ad hoc investigation, analysis and reporting

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field & 2 years of relevant financial work experience
• Experience with MS office (Excel and/or PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
